No. A good number of our borrowers are unregistered. We look at how long you have been trading, your actual turnover, and the genuineness of the operation. Where formal registration exists, it helps secure a better rate and access to credit guarantee coverage.

Submitting an enquiry or application does not by itself affect your credit score. We perform a credit check only as part of underwriting, and a sanctioned loan that you repay on schedule builds your credit record.

No application or processing fee is charged until a loan is sanctioned, and then only the fee stated in your Key Facts Statement. We never collect a payment to “release” a loan, and we never ask for an OTP or password at any stage.

Proof of identity and address (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport or driving licence), two recent passport photographs, business proof such as a GST certificate, trade licence or Udyam registration, six months of business bank statements, and details of any existing loans. Six months minimum for working capital and group loans, twelve months for term and secured products. New units are considered for term finance where the promoters have relevant prior industry experience or a confirmed order book.

Often, yes. We assess cash flow, business vintage and repayment capacity alongside bureau data, so a limited credit history is not an automatic rejection. A prior wilful default or an active overdue with another lender will usually prevent approval until it is resolved.

Not for working capital, MSME term or group loans. Property and vehicle loans are secured by the asset itself. Offering security voluntarily on a collateral-free product can qualify you for a reduced interest rate.

On your risk profile, assessed from observed turnover, margins, business vintage, existing obligations and the quality of your repayment history. Published slabs are on the products page. The rate applicable to your file is fixed in writing before you sign anything and does not change during the tenure.

Interest, processing fee, documentation and stamp duty, any valuation or legal charge, insurance or credit guarantee premium, and any prepayment or late payment charge — all listed in your Key Facts Statement. As a regulated lender, we are not permitted to recover any amount that is not recorded there.

A one-page summary, required by RBI regulations, that states the sanctioned amount, interest rate, tenure, repayment schedule, every fee and the total amount repayable. It is given at the time of sanction so that you can compare the offer and understand the cost before committing.

You get three days from the date you receive the Key Facts Statement to review the terms and exit from the loan before disbursal, at no cost. You do not need to justify the decision.

On a reducing balance basis using the standard annuity formula, with the rate, tenure and instalment period shown in your Key Facts Statement. The estimator on the home page uses the same method and an indicative rate, so treat it as a guide, not a quote.

Yes, part or full prepayment is allowed. A foreclosure charge may apply as disclosed in your Key Facts Statement — it is quoted before you borrow, not added afterwards. Group loans carry no prepayment charge.

Contact your branch immediately. Depending on your record, a short extension or a rescheduled instalment may be possible. A bounce charge applies as per the published schedule, and continued avoidance eventually moves the account into recovery, which is far harder to recover from than a temporary shortfall.

It may be possible. A restructuring review can consider a tenure extension, a temporary principal moratorium, or a revised instalment structure matched to a realistic recovery path. Ask before you default, not after.

We collect only what is needed to assess and service the loan, verify identity as required by law, run credit checks, and meet our reporting obligations. Data is not sold to third parties. Never. No employee of Yunash will ask for your OTP, PIN, CVV, net banking password or one-time passcode, by phone, SMS, email or in person. If someone does, it is not us. End the interaction and report it immediately on the grievance helpline.

No. Funds are transferred to your own business bank account. A genuine lender does not hand over loan money in cash and never asks you to deposit a “processing” amount into a personal or third-party account.

Hang up and call us back on the number published on this site. Never use a number the caller supplies. Ask for the officer’s name and branch, and verify it with the branch independently.

No. Sanction is an internal credit decision. Anyone promising to “arrange” or “guarantee” a loan for a fee outside our published charges is not authorised by us. Report it to the grievance helpline.
