Yunash Micro Financing & Lending
About Yunash

Finance that treats small business as serious business

Yunash Micro Financing and Lending Limited is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company on the mission of making business finance accessible, predictable and dignified for the micro enterprises that form the backbone of the local economy.

Our Story

Founded on a simple frustration

Our founders spent years working alongside kirana stores, small workshops and home-based enterprises across [State]. They kept meeting the same pattern: a profitable business, years of honest work, and no access to formal credit — not because the business failed, but because it did not fit a template written for large corporates.

Yunash was set up to build a lending model that starts where the bank branches stop. That means understanding the actual cash cycle of a garment unit or a vegetable wholesaler, documenting it properly, and pricing a loan against observed turnover rather than on a credit score that has never seen the business.

Today we operate [XX] branches across [XX] districts and support more than [XX,XXX] active loan accounts, with a deliberate focus on first-time borrowers, women-led enterprises and home-based businesses.

Mission & Values

What we hold ourselves to

These are the standards our staff are trained and assessed against.

Our mission

To make a business loan as straightforward as buying stock — transparent pricing, clear terms, and a person to talk to at every stage.

Our values

Dignity — no borrower is spoken down to. Clarity — every number in the agreement is explained. Discipline — we lend what can be repaid, not what can be maximised.

Our commitment

Full compliance with RBI directions on fair practice, Key Facts Statement, cooling-off period and grievance redressal — audited every year.

How We Operate

Four pillars of the Yunash model

01  ·  Field-first underwriting

Every application is visited in person. We confirm that the business exists, understand the sales cycle, and see the assets that a branch manager will never see. This is the single biggest reason a file that a bank declines is approved here.

02  ·  Technology where it helps

Digital application collection, e-KYC, an internal credit bureau built from our own repayment history, and automated disbursement to the borrower's own business account. Technology is used to remove waiting, never to remove the human conversation.

03  ·  Pricing you can read

Annualised rate, processing fee, insurance and any other charge are listed on a single-page Key Facts Statement. Borrowers are told the total amount repayable before signing anything, and given a cooling-off period to change their mind.

04  ·  Collections with dignity

Recovery is conducted in line with the RBI Fair Practice Code — notice before visit, no public shaming, no contact outside permitted hours, and a documented two-way grievance channel that a manager reviews personally.

Our Network

Where we operate

We concentrate in selected districts rather than spreading thin, so that every borrower keeps a named relationship manager for the life of the loan.
